What we've been up to in May
Last Saturday Savanna and Clark had a music concert. Unfortunately Savanna and TC were home sick with the stomach flu. My mom was in town and my cousin, Michael, and his wife, Debbie, came down for his concert and then we went to the tulip festival. It was fun except I missed Savanna and TC being there.
The last day my Mom was here we took Clark blowing while Savanna was in school and Linnea was napping while TC worked from home since he was sick over the weekend. It was a lot of fun. Then we went out to dinner and saw "Home" together as a family. Always a bit sad when Nana goes back home!
Just some fun pictures of the kids playing
We went to Costco on Saturday and the kids were so excited about getting new pajamas they hurried and put them on right when we got home.
I had a fantastic Mother's Day yesterday. TC and the kids really spoiled me. TC made yummy pancakes, muffins and bacon for breakfast. He would not let me help cook, do dishes, change diapers or clean up that day. He also cooked yummy chicken enchiladas for dinner and orange rolls for dessert. The kids made cute pictures in preschool and school for me and Savanna also made me a coupon book. TC got me some new jeans and truffles. I felt very loved. I hope all my mother friends and my mom and mother-in-law felt the same way! Now back to the other 364 days of the year reality with kids!! Please pardon the no makeup, just woke up pictures. It seems no one looks at my blog much anymore but people look more at facebook so probably hardly anyone will see it anyway!
Here's Clark being silly as usual as he helped TC cook dinner.
