Linnea update-21 months

Ok so I'm late with my monthly update on Linnea and my memory card is being weird and I can't get pictures off of it to put a cute picture of her up but I thought I would give an update on her anyway. So at 21 months Linnea:

Still loves to dance and listen to music
Loves animals
Loves her family
Is still too attached to her binky
Is starting to throw more fits when she doesn't get what she wants
Loves to play with babies
Loves blocks
Likes to play with puzzles
Loves food and drinking whenever she can
Is always asking for gum or a fruit snack
Loves to do things "myself"
Is talking up a storm and saying some phrases and sentences. Here's some of the recent phrases or sentences she's said that I can think of "I want some." "There it is!' "Here it is!" "Clark pushed me." "Big chair "Big bunny!" "I help" "getting a chair for Ally" "I love you Mommy, Daddy, kitty kat, etc" "Mommy's bed, sleep" "Nea's bed, sleep" "Bye bye! Night night!" "No nap"

We love Linnea! She's growing up so fast sometimes I wish I could slow down time a bit!

I haven't done this in awhile and I try to keep up with them because my kids say the cutest/funniest things sometimes. Here's a few recent ones for you!

Savanna

(After getting in the car after playing at her best friend's house) "Mommy today Sadie and I had a daydream about a boy."
(Savanna just got her ears pierced Saturday and is really excited about them. On Sunday I asked her if she showed her friends in Primary her pierced ears and here is her response.) "Mommy church is not for showing people stuff. Church is for learning."
(After Primary on the day of the Primary program) "When we were practicing Clark was not singing at all. He was just standing there acting handsome. I am very disappointed in Clark."
"I can't believe I got my ears pierced Mom. I thought it was impossible that I'd ever get them pierced but I did get them pierced."
"Mommy I like Talin but he's not for me. He's for Sadie. That's what she told me."
(About a boy that she says has a crush on her) "Mommy I do not like him that way. He doesn't do his work and he is always talking in class and he is crazy." (Lol-She's already setting high standards!)
(About another boy she has a crush on-Goodness what am I going to do with this girl and all her crushes? She's a really good girl though and she knows she can't date until she's 16. Anyway he is scared of girls and didn't like when Savanna would hug him so I told her she needed to try not to hug him anymore and this was her response.) "Mommy I try not to hug him but it's just so tempting because he's so cute!" -She has been leaving him alone more now though.
"Mommy Ellie told me that some kids in another class fell in love and they kissed. I told her that is impossible because they are not allowed to kiss yet!"

Clark

"Don't I look handsome Mommy?"
"Everything is awesome!" (Over and over again from the Lego movie)
"Sariah is so sweet."
"I'm thankful for James (his uncle) because he has a backpack."
"I'm thankful for myself."
(Right before we need to go somewhere) "Oh no Mommy. This is the most horrible thing I had to tell you-I have to poop." (By the way he thinks using the word poop and anything about poop is hilarious. I'm assuming this is a boy thing?)
"Mommy can I show the most wonderful beautiful prize of mine?" (He shows me a piece of tissue wrapped up in a wet washcloth. Ha ha!)
"I am Ninja Wing Man!" (When he's dressed up in his Ninja turtle pajamas with a duck towel on his head and buzz light year wings on)

Halloween and Florida Trip!

It's been a fun and eventful couple of weeks! October was such a fun month and we had a great Halloween! The kids had a great time!!! They were die hards. The weather was great and we trick or treated for 3 hours!! Savanna was Elsa for Halloween, Clark was Olaf, and Linnea was Anna. We went to this one house in our neighborhood that they named the "Dead Breakfast Inn" and it was amazing! They decorated it so well. Seriously it looked like something you'd see in Disney World!! Then from November 4th-9th Linnea and I went to Florida for me to go to an 8th grade class reunion and see my Grandpa. I know an 8th grade class reunion seems crazy but I went to school with these people from preschool through 8th grade so we all were really close. It was a lot of fun though I wished more people had come. It was great to see the people who were there though! This was the first time I've ever been on a trip without Savanna and Clark and I missed them though. I was so happy to come home. TC took some days off of work and stayed home with them and they had a lot of fun with him. They really missed us though and were so happy to come home. I think they may have missed Linnea more than me though! Lol. Also yesterday we closed on our other house we've been trying to sell! Yeah! We're so excited and relieved! Now we can use some of the money we're getting back for our house. We've been getting basement quotes and are planning on starting on finishing our basement the first week of December. Then we have several rooms on the main floor and upstairs to paint. We'd also like to do some other things but we'll have to see how far the money will go. We do want to save some of it. Anyway here are some fun pictures from the last few weeks.

My cuties: Savanna and Clark after church last Sunday. The next picture is us dressed up before the ward Halloween party. TC taught that night so he wasn't able to come.

The day before Halloween Clark's preschool put on a little Halloween show for us with dancing and singing. It was really cute!

The day of Halloween we went to the school parade where all the kids walked through in their costumes. This was Clark and Linnea's favorite-a minion.

There's our Elsa walking in the parade. Savanna's the one with the long blonde braid. Her other friend who is Elsa is two people behind her. I swear almost all of Savanna's friends who are girls were Elsa for Halloween this year!
