Recent FUn

Here's some fun pictures of the recent things we've been up.

• I took Clark on a Mommy/Son Date to Disney on Ice while TC took Savanna and Linnea to Airborne-a trampoline place. We try to do dates with the kids once a month and it's so fun when we do. Clark and I had a great time. I forgot that it was a princess themed one but he didn't seem to mind and he loved dressing up as Woody. Savanna was a good sport about not going too since she went with me last year. He even enjoyed a snow cone. He kept hoping that Elsa or Anna would come out from Frozen but it didn't happen.

• TC didn't teach last Wednesday because of spring break so we went as a family to the Natural History Museum and that was a lot of fun. Besides Linnea wanted to run off everywhere! She is a very active little one!

• 

• We had a great time celebrating St. Patrick's Day this year. I've never really gotten into it much before but this year we did several things and the kids had a great time. A leprechaun came the night before and dropped gold coins out of his bag and left all the cupboards and drawers open in the kitchen in his haste to leave. The kids loved wearing green that day and Savanna did several fun things about St. Patrick's Day at school. Then we had a green dinner-green alfredo sauce on our pasta with green vegetables, green smoothie drink, green salad, and green cookies and mint chocolate ice cream. Then the kids colored four leaf clovers for FHE and wrote what they were "lucky" to have and then we talked about blessings and gratitude. Then Savanna had a St. Patrick's Day game where she taped green straws and other colored straws up around the house and we had to take off the straws that weren't green. It was a fun day!
