We're Moving..but not very far!

We're excited! We are under contract in a house that we are really happy with. It is only about 3 minutes up from the road but it's bigger and nicer. We have been planning on getting a new home when we were expecting #3. It is really a great time to buy right now and this is really the house we want to settle in and raise our family in. It's kind of crazy to be putting down roots. We are planning on keeping this house and renting it at least for a few years until the market goes back up. TC thinks we can get more out of later. We close October 11th so will be moving shortly after that. We are working with a property management company but we need to get renters in our house asap so if anyone knows of anyone in our area who is looking to rent let me know and I can give you details on our house.
